Bartique was founded in 2021 by Melissa's pure passion for entertaining with creative, Pinterest-worthy designs. This venture provided an outlet for her love of celebrating life, as well as using her combined strengths in creativity, hospitality, and perfectionism. Her love of curating craft cocktails and an eye for style is the foundation of Bartique!
Melissa resigned from her federal government career in July 2021 to pursue her passion. Within two months, she converted a 1984 Shoop horse trailer to a luxurious mobile bar, aptly named “Royal Honey", and also designed and custom built a 6-tap and 4-tap signature mobile bar, officially launching and celebrating her first wedding of 200+ guests in Dorset, Vermont. With a great network of industry professionals and the best staff a girl could ask for, Bartique has quickly grown, providing a upscale mobile beverage experience to corporate, social and wedding guests all over the DMV, as well as other states! Melissa's attention-to-detail, creative mind and grit are the reason your event will never be forgotten for years to come!
